• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to within 24 hours after the order is placed. 
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse (in Asia and North America) to the destination. Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 days for Canada, United States, Singapore and Malaysia. Delivery usually takes about 1 - 2 weeks to arrive in Europe, Australia & New Zealand. Due to COVID-19, some delivery may take longer from time to time.
• Taxes & Duties: No custom duties for United States,  Canada, Singapore, Malaysia. For other countries, If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed.
